High School or Middle School Chess Coaches?

Post by corla » Sun Oct 21, 2007 2:07 pm

Just wondering if there are any high school or middle school chess coaches out there. I thought it would be fun to get my students to sign up and play tournaments with other teens.

I'm a math teacher at Smyrna High in Delaware and have a small chess club. We don't have many live tournament to go to, so I thought this might be a good way to get them interacting with other teens.

How many chess variants do you play?

Hello there! If you would like to practice some thrilling chess variants, try www.SchemingMind.com. My favourite variants are Chess960 (Fischer random chess) and Alice Chess (inspired in the saga Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, and the sequel "Through the looking-glass"
