The best idea is:
Open a new thread telling the board/opponent/... and claim this game as a draw.
As soon as the webmaster reads it, he will offer a draw for both opponents and publish that in your thread. All you now have to do is to accept this draw-offer.

Is it worth the time?
This is supposed to be a gentlemans game. One should show some class and accept the result. Is it worth the time? I will simply not make a move until the time expires.
Don't do that.
If it is your move and you let time expire you loss on time.
