Post here if you have been unable to get your password to ChessClubInternational.com. Password retrieval through the web interface won't be possible until I have my email straightened out.

unable to login for the ladders

Hi!
I get a pop-up window when trying to access the chessclubinternational page for the ladders, and do not get the old login page. Changes ahead? Anyway, my login w. user + pwd as before is not accepted. How to pursue? Please advice.

I am experiencing the same phenomenon as patrikstorm.

It looks like the server has been down all week while I've been on vacation; everything appears to be running now.

So much for appearances. :(
The Windows logon prompt *shouldn't* be happening; when it is, the site is down.
I'll try to get it fixed as quickly as possible without cutting into my World Cup time. :wink:
