Unable to queen the pawn using Chrome browser

It shows options to promote the pawn, but I select the Queen , the move is displayed in the text box, but it is not queening:(
any settings I need to do?

Are you using the new board or one of the old ones? The old ones won't show the pawn turn to a queen, but it'll show after you submit the move.

when I tried h2h1=Q and Submit it throws SAN syntax error; game id is g1105356831 and match id is m1598342393

I tried again h2h1=Q ; however it throws the below error:
You must specify a piece to promote the pawn to. (IE e8=Q)
