Where's the option to iniciate new games?

Not exactly sure what you're referring to. You'll receive an e-mail when a new game starts. You can also go to the "All My Games" link and see all of your games, anything on move 1 is new.

Thank you for your very soon answer.
The situation was the left hand menu disapeared, I found how to access it.

reset the zoom to 100% to find the left menu?

No, just clicking the upper-left button (three bars) aside "Net-Chess.Com".

The left bar turns into a menu if your screen is less than about 500 pixels wide, so if you're on a desktop making the window bigger will bring it back.
