Open a new thread telling the board/opponent/... and claim this game as a draw.

As soon as the webmaster reads it, he will offer a draw for both opponents and publish that in your thread. All you now have to do is to accept this draw-offer.

Is it worth the time?

This is supposed to be a gentlemans game. One should show some class and accept the result. Is it worth the time? I will simply not make a move until the time expires.

Don't do that.

I've offered a draw from both sides, so you just need to accept it.
