I tried again h2h1=Q ; however it throws the below error:

You must specify a piece to promote the pawn to. (IE e8=Q)

when I tried h2h1=Q and Submit it throws SAN syntax error; game id is g1105356831 and match id is m1598342393

I am using the new board

It shows options to promote the pawn, but I select the Queen , the move is displayed in the text box, but it is not queening:(
any settings I need to do?

with some games, after making my move I am receiving an error page which says "Empty Square" ! any idea why is this problem?
