| I went away for a few days and upon my return I show as having "timed out" in about a dozen games. I'm sure this is an error and am totally puzzled as I play almost every day and I was not even close to timing out in any games. Any suggestions? |

| I took a quick look at the timed out games, and the time controls were all 3d + 12h. In this case, even a 2-3 day holiday would be enough to time out, especially since the games were all in the early stages. That's my best guess at what happened. |

To best of my knowledge I never signed up for anything less than 30 days + 2 and I notice some of my opponents also timed out. It;s no big deal though. Thank you for responding. |
