How to contact 'Admin for system error when email isn't open

Hello, guess this is one way to contact Admin about a system error. Playing White, I captured the last piece, leaving the board with only Kings. The top shows in red "White is offering a draw ..." and it is my move. To make things worse, to contact the Admin is not possible because of an error message saying there is no email setup for it. I've had this position before, and it was corrected, but not this time! I am threatened with losing this game if I don't reply, help!!! Ironhorse game # g1104656658

I've offered a draw from both sides so all you have to do is accept it. You've got plenty of time to accept it.
