Conditional Moves

Conditional Moves

Hi

I was wondering if it was possible to add Conditional moves. Alsowould people want the feature?

I like this idea; I would probably use it a lot for opening moves (if they do this, then I do that, etc.)

Seems like it would be very difficult to implement. :twisted:

I vote #1 a most definite for having the condional move.

I would also like to see how many days has passed since my opponent and I have made our last move. I am not referring to how many days are left in the game before it ends which is already available.

I vote for Conditional moves if they HIDDEN and once they are entered they may not be rescinded.

This would be very easy to implement. The same GUI as we have now, but with a button named Conditional Move in addition to the Move button. Then input the variation by moving the pieces on the board that you want to make conditional and if your oppponent replies within that variation then you're responding move is automatically made.

It could be possible enter entire opening variations and sub variations if Greg wanted to make it that thorough.

Again the conditional variation should not be visible.
