I'd Play Kg1 to make black move the bishop but pretty much any move would be fine

Nd2 looks good to as well as Ne5

in fact the only bad move is Ng5

If I would change the rules of the games a bit, lets say, you have to tell black where you want your King to finaly be as seeming the best place to achieve the best attack (or defense), and then black may place the bishop anywhere to obstruct you AND then still make a move.

Would Kg1 fit into your scheme?
Would it hinder black's development?
