I am going to post a QUEEN's INDIAN THEMATIC on the site this evening..
The opening moves: 1. d4 Nf6; 2. c4, e6; 3. Nf3
I will do this in the mid-evening, and plan to have 8 slots with 2 games each...30d+2d time limit..if you are interested you now know to be ready; Probably after 7:00pm (EST,USA time tonight..you have been given notice

Thanks for letting the guys know all those variations...the QID is quite an interesting opening and a few lines tend to get tactical, especiallly the pawn sacrifice offered in the Rubenstein Variation ( I have really worked on that line as Black, and it can be very poisonous)!
That is the thing with Chess, so many good lines, each with a positive and negative..all possible yet once you choose your path, that is that.
the WID was always a worthy companion to the more popular Nimzo-Indian and might have surpassed it for a short time when it was thought to be over-analysed once the 4. Qc2 line was giving White nothing.
Of course, now, many players choose the QID instead of the Queens Gambit after Whites 3rd move Nf3, and it is a strong and solid opening in its own right!
