yeah, a second knight move by white would be too optimistic (any spastic attacks by black refuted by 2. Qd3)
1. ...Qe8 to force the knight to move again, after 2. N any ...h5
white is a pawn up and controls (considerably) more space. after 2. Nf3
black is still cramped but is putting good pressure on the white king as whites material is concentrated queenside and blacks command of the long diagonal is strong as ...Nh5 or ...Nh7 is a threat as whites knights and rooks are potential targets.
