CT-ART 3.0

Post by atomika » Thu Mar 01, 2007 1:08 pm

Does anybody have this program on their computer. I have it and usually use it occasionally to sharpen my tactical skills before the game. I can't seem to solve problems that are level 8 or higher though.

Yes, it's a great collection of puzzles, though the user interface leaves a lot to be desired. But, when I manage to force myself to study with it, I generally improve.

A question of worthiness

Hey Greg. Would you say that the program is worth purchasing for the sake of improving ones game? Is it shareware or trialware? I would be interested in setting up a file transfer with you through MSN is it is. You can message me through the address bbwood@gmail.com

I think there's a demo available, but I'm not sure. But the main program isn't free.

Do you have the url for the demo version? I think it might be on the Pittsburg chess server (ftp.pitt.edu).
