Why when the time of a game ends for a person i'm playing against this dont count like a game that I have played and win ???
eg.: Matches:
g1104640151
g1104640150
These dont count on my profile ??? Other players that are losing me are getting the time downs ....
Is this a Bug ????

If the person you are playing times out before making 10 moves he loses the game ad rating points. It is not counted as a win for you and does not effect your rating.

Thanx for the answer. Then, if I am winning a game, then my opponent see that he will lose, then he lets the time fall out and it dont count like a game i have played and winned ????

If your opponent makes the 10 moves you get the win and the rating points.
