chess players

seems like a lot of people come and go here. to many people take games and don't play. Is this normal and why? Is there any way to find out who the people are that really want to play? FRUSTRATED

Greg can nothing do against. That happens on each chess-email-website. Pple come and go. They join a match and then leave it without finishing the games. But whenever you'll join a match look first if your future oppponents are no regular time-outers - or only established ones. And if you post a match yourself make sure there are only established players allowed to join.
