This is to announce that I am pulling out of the Net-Chess 2003 Tournament. I have resigned all my games.
I would like to apologise to all my opponents for the fact that I will be unable to finish the games. I would also like to apologise to gmiller for entering the competition, even though I should have known that I would not have time to participate properly.
