What are you having trouble with? Initially I had a lot of trouble with it too, after putting the time in to learn how to use it, I still prefer Chessmaster (which also sucks), but use Fritz when I need a stronger program.

I use Fritz 8 almost daily. Most of the commands are similar to ChessBase 8, which often has better help files. The help files are available at chessbase.com, as well as built into the program.

What is your specific need? Email me if you like. jdstripes@dpcomputers.com

BTW: Does anyone know how to give Fritz less time than you get (time odds)?

From the menu select game - levels - blitz game. Among the choices in the window are human bonus in minutes or seconds.
