Log in problem

Sometimes when I log in to the forum I will be shown as logged in but the log out button at top still says log in. Also it shows all posts as read when some should be unread. This is my main problem. Although to log off I must log in a second time. This happens 100% of time from work. So I stopped from there and now it is doing it from home. Any ideals?
