STANDARD email notification (for Greg)

Post by lopez » Sat Jan 10, 2004 7:15 am

Since a few days I don't get anymore the emails I should receive from the site. For instance, I haven't received any email neither when I started my last match nor for my last two finished games. Greg, could you please help? Thank you very much, Lorenzo

I have been receiving mine. Perhaps you are just a little TOO good at zapping, Jeff!

Yesterday, after a few months, I finally got an email from "bounce" (btw, related to a new game start). Hopefully, now things are back as they should be. Thanks, Lorenzo

Problems again!

I don't know whether anyone is interested in this boring topic, or if anyone has the same problem, but, once again, I don't receive emails from the chess site anymore...

I still get emails from the site. I notice however, that my isp is marking them as spam. If your isp is filtering spam that could be the reason the ameils are not getting through.

One other person said their ISP was marking mail from net-chess as spam. So just tell your host provider you want to not filter net-chess.com and see if that helps.
