It's unbelievable how bad this computer was programmed to counter such positions.

It was fascinating to see how Kasparov fooled Fritzs algorithms. He just set up a position where Fritz responses with....doing nothing! And the GK just moves some pieces here and there, and suddenly he has the passed pawn and now Fritz realizes that he is in trouble, too late...

I got inspired and played the Chessmaster, but had to realize I am not Gary Kasparov...

I think GK has found the weak spot!
He could just do the same with game 4.

The commentators on ESPN and Chess.FM were actually laughing at the computer's move. But by about move 30 or so were more annoid that the computer hadn't resigned.

I have a feeling that a normal computer running chessmaster woud beat this "X3Dfritz".
