About signing up for the 2017 tournament...

I've just signed up for the tournament; looking forward to participating again after missing a couple of years. I had thought I'd signed up the other day, but realized today I hadn't when I checked the list. This was because I had been prompted for a login and thought the signup would follow suit.
A few things I noted that might be of assistance to others:
1) if you are prompted to log in, after logging in you are still not signed up. You must go through the sign up again.
2) you can check to see if the sign up worked by checking the list. But it's likely that the list is cached in your browser so if you don't see yourself in the list after signing up, refresh the browser page to see if you appear at the bottom.
