fully learn and only play one opening

Yes ! Yes ! I totally agree with you Redketchuplover
And it's a bit surprising that you bring up this topic at this time, because these past 10 or 12 months I have
devoted all my concentration on the nuances of The Reti Opening ; and it's only after having lost some important
games when I as white used The Reti, and then went back to re-study my Reti theory books did I begin to really
better understand some of it's finer points [especially with regards to typical middle and endgame positions].
Plus, I should mention that I didn't just arbitrarily select The Reti as my primary opening. I chose it because
it seems to better fit my own "style of play", and the rewards [in the form of game victories] I am just now
beginning to realize.
So Yes ............. I couldn't agree with you more !
