What's the match with the most moves ever made in the world?
(none) because I can always make a match with more moves.

But on Net-chess, do we have a record here?

Here is one I do not understand:

Below is a list of the longest games here. I remember reading about one game that lasted over 48 hours, and durring that game one of the players pondered for several hours on one move even though there were only two possible moves. Ended in a draw.

I'd suspect the "greatest number of castlings" was do to his opponent not catching it.

never had an OTB game where you accidently tried moving a piece not according to regulations but caught yourself in time? (as where you can't do it even accidently on net-chess)

With the three castles in a game, white castled Kingside, moved his King back to e1 and tried to castle Queenside, black allowed it as it didn't matter anymore for the outcome of the game anyway. I've tried to look it up, but couldn't find the game in question.

According to the websites author, only serious games from tournaments are allowed in the list of records. Can we trust him?

Well, not as it is a very important thing. More like entertainment to go trough some of the games, real games or not.

The longest ever serious OTB chess match on record was Stepak-Mashian at the Israeli Championship in 1981. It lasted 193 moves.

My mistake. The longest match on record OTB was Nikovic-Arsovic in 1989, the longest match with a result was Stepak-Marshian. Here are both games:
