Greetings DSteel !

For starters, you may wish to check out this Chess Opening Explorer at
http://www.365chess.com/opening.php

This site allows you to plug-in any opening moves, and then will give you a list of games, as well as GMs - IMs who frequently play your selected opening(s).

There are some other sites like this, but I'll have to search thru my gazillion bookmarks to determine which ones to post here.

Happy Surfing ! :D

P.S. Here's another site where you can download games by GM/IM and/or Opening.
