Right the French Defence Won so now i am asking for players and preferred openings in this thread please

Time Controls will be the standard 30d +2d

I vote for the Winawer variation

1.e4 e6 2.d4 d5 3.Nc3 Bb4

Hi Keith,

The Winawer sounds fine, but lets not forget all the variations that can occur after e4, e6; d4, d5; NC3 NF6; e5 as well

But Id go with the Winawer this time...

i was only suggesting an opening

if we did your one it would be posted without the e5 as that would be the classical french defence
