To answer the first questions briefly, some player (we'll arrange who) from each of the tournaments will post the event, and the others will join them on the "Start A Game" page.
Then the random element kicks in! With one game against each player (three games in total per player, as you said, Chris), the black/white is solely decided by the system! The recent tournament between you, Brian, Josh, and myself gave me three games as Black and none as White! So, no doubt, at the end of the four Round One tournaments, so team will have a disporportionate number of games with one colour or the other. Things will likely balance out by the end of Round two, though.
...or maybe not! That makes it fun!
