hey there

i am pretty new to chess and my friend recommended this site to me.
i am crap at chess to say the least but i cant get a game going

how can i get a game going? i have sent out a challenge plus i have also posted a couple of games too but all i wanna do is play and get better ..... HELP!!!

I suggest you issue a challenge to islanderfan who,I'm pretty sure,will give

you some games and perhaps some other names,also.

It looks like you got some games going. It can take a few hours to a day or so to get some games started. It all depends on how many other people are looking to start games.

wow i cannot apologise enough ... i had a major computer malfunction shortly afta posting that message so now a load of games timed out

i cannot say how sorry i am ab out that but was completely unavoidable
