Let's say my Opponent has 75 days on his clock yet he's in a forced mate in 1 2 or 3 moves that he can't escape from what happens if he is a poor sport and lets his clock run out? can a Player request the game to be adjudicated rather than wait the 75 days for the win?!

If you post the game ID I'll remove enough time so that your opponent only has a few days left.
