in Flanders (a part of Belbium) Chess is from the department of the minister of culture (Mr. Anciaux) and not under the minister of sport (Mr. anciaux, indeed the same minister, but an other department). So if we take some doping is it illigal? Or do we have to handel like the international low of chesssport?
Also:
Chess isn't a physical sport, so testosteron doesn't help, so keep on drinking (real) beer!!!!
