I guess your opponent should be rated 1100, but with all the draws managed to stay at 1466.

I should say, that's a way to play chess at high level :)

You can obtain additional information on your opponent this way: search for his info: wins/loss/draw = 1/3/ 9 (13 games total) search for his games: total number of games involved: 18 and have a peek at how many games he offered a draw. If you want to calculate based on those numbers you would get the following: winchance is: (wins + 0,5 * draws) / #of games In your case that would be: (377 + 18,5) / 645 = 0,61 A winchance of 61% equals somewhat 55 points difference. When I look at Bd4, I can only see that White can completely ignore it. Unless Rxc2+. But even then white can safely play any other move and strengthen the position. As I tried to describe the position of white earlier in a post, white's king is completely unprotected on the Queen side of the board ...

1... Bb2+ 2.Kb1 Ba2 wins, for white.
1... Bb2+ 2.Kb1 Rg3 is worth somewhat more.

1... Bd4 doesn't do to much harm to blacks position. ( 2.Qa3!)
1... Ba2 is more interresting

After 1... Qh5 white can use a tempo extra.
ie: Nf3, Nd3, Ng4, Nc6 or Qxh5 don't have to come to mind, first.

The knight is protected by the bishop exchange on f7 with additional threath, and black for sure doesn't want to exchange queens in this position.
