2010 Tourney

Congratulations to Abusimbel for winning! I am getting confused though... when I click the 2010 link it does show Abusimbel winning 9 - 8.5 over davidswhite. However when I click the Tournament crosstable it shows that the tournament is indeed finished, but that davidswhite finished with 8.5 points ...

I believe anyone reading acidtest's remarks would be offended, translated or not. I have read his Portuguese remarks which weren't translated and they are worse. I disregard remarks of me for I am leaving anyways. I am sure that Mr Miller will read the game transcripts and make his own judgment call...

Maybe this can reach you. 'acidtest' is beyond doubt a very rude person and using at least one program to play his games. Even if chess programs are allowed on this nice site, is his continuous rude chat allowable? Every time his program finds that I make an error he starts his insufferable chat mor...

Oh boy... guess I upset someone. I don't know exactly what he is saying but I got the point about him claiming that I am using the same chess program he is using (by his own admittance). If that is so than I must have a different version because he has defeated me easily in every game we have finish...

acidtest is still using his toy I guess. I wonder how good a player he really is without it. Should start a poll on that. I would guess he would have a rating of 2000 here without the toy.
Any one else care to guess...

Tournament Prize

acidtest will donate his Ryblyka toy to the lowest score in THE REAL PLAYER Match. What a nice guy. I have just enough room in my trash can for it.

Hmmm, so using chess programs is ok here? That will get you winged off most other chess sites. No deduction needed in this case as 'acidtest' admitted using it/them more than once in texts. I guess he understands the rules more than I here at Net-Chess. I apologize for bringing this up at all. smurf...

Rude Behavior and Using Chess Programs

I am a fair player, even at my local club which meets at the Library my 'Club Rating' is 2040. I have quite a few games ongoing here and have 9-10 with an unbelievably talented player titled 'acidtest' who has a rating from between 2960-3000 depending on the day. I HAVE A MODEST RECORD HERE SLIGHTLY...

Thank you very much!

Thank you very much!
Now if I can learn how they make an opening book of my own...
6 months of rain = our winter here (although it did snow at the house in 2004 for a half hour) and there is nothing better to do than play Chess and Backgammon.

Download Yearly PGNs

Is there a way to download all games at once, or by year so they can be assembled in a single PGN file?
I would like it to make an opening book I can use instead of looking for a game which is using the opening I am facing all the time.
Thanks, smurfchess

I have lost 2 of those games to you also. I welcome you, and I am new also. Good luck to both of us, I guess.
