How can I follow open tournaments (i.ex. thematic ones)?

I would like to monitor some specifique thematic tournaments. When they are going to be started I can see them via "Start A Game", but instead for tournament number (in ID column) I can only see JOIN orr UNJOIN there. So - after tournament start - they are gone for me, because I don't know their tou...

Is it possible to get tournament number in all cases? I mean, so I can easily find any specifique tournament I'm interested of, whenever I want?
