tournament rules (excerpt): "Assignment in matches will be totally at random, the player's rating will play no role in match assignment. cross your fingers that your opponent gets a rating boost in the next 48 days. So your rating will reflect a win against a higher rated player, and you win extra points.

The best idea is:

Open a new thread telling the board/opponent/... and claim this game as a draw.

As soon as the webmaster reads it, he will offer a draw for both opponents and publish that in your thread. All you now have to do is to accept this draw-offer.
